What the heck is “online training,” anyway?!
Online training harnesses the power of technology so that you have access to my strength and nutrition coaching expertise 24-7-365. Thanks to a customized training app, you’ll have all your workouts in your pocket. That means you can train no matter where you are in the world, and no matter what your schedule looks like.
Get this. To work with a good strength coach who actually knows what they’re talking about (not some college kid looking to pay his/her way through school with a part-time training gig and a weekend certification course), you’re looking at dropping anywhere from $60-100 per hour. Since most people need to train 3-5 times per week, you could spend anywhere from $720 up to $2,000 each month to work with a good trainer in person.
Not just “training,” but nutrition, too.
Here’s the other big issue with traditional personal training: most trainers don’t know jack about nutrition, and even if they do, they don’t have time to work on your diet with you while they’re pounding you into the ground during your sessions. The session is for training. Want nutritional support in the old-school model? You’ll have to pay extra for that.
Support, accountability, and motivation
Most importantly (yes, more important than your training or nutrition) is the added support I can provide as your online coach. Thanks to the custom KPxFitness training app, I can follow along with every single workout you do, provide feedback on videos of your form, and answer all of your questions along the way.
I’m going to be honest. Getting in the best shape of your life won’t be easy. There will be times you won’t want to hit the gym or make healthy food choices. But that’s where my coaching comes in – to provide support, accountability, and the motivation you need to conquer your training plan even when the going gets tough.

The perks of online training
- Scheduling is a non-issue. You’re not stuck with someone else’s schedule or someone else’s idea of what a training session looks like. We build a plan that works for you.
- We can be much more flexible with your workout programs than in a typical gym session. You’re not bound to 30- or 60-minute blocks. If 20 minutes is what you’ve got, we work with that.
- You don’t need to go to a gym if you don’t want to. Many clients train at home with dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. (Having more “toys” to play with makes for more options and variety, though).
- You get better accountability and support. We provide ongoing, in-depth support as you work toward your goals.
- Location is not a factor. You can work with the best coach for your needs, regardless of where you live or where you travel.
- Online coaching is a fraction of the investment compared to traditional personal training. For the price of a couple personal training sessions, you get an entire month of workouts, nutrition guidance, and 24-7 support.

ONLINE COACHING FAQ
You should have a basic understanding of exercises like squats, lunges, hinges, push ups, presses, and pulling movements. The exclusive coaching app contains video demos of each exercise in your program, but some familiarity with the exercises will help you. This program is not for pure beginners.
You should have access to a gym, or own some weightlifting equipment you can use at home. I will design your program based on what you have access to, but it will be a lot more fun (variety-wise) and effective (strength-wise) if you have free weights and/or bands to play with.
Suggested equipment:
- Adjustable dumbbells OR kettlebells/dumbbells ranging from light to heavy
- Looped resistance bands OR bands with detachable handles
- Nice to have: barbell and plates; flat or incline bench; TRX or other suspension trainer.
- Accessories like jump rope, mini bands, furniture sliders, etc.
